Responsibilities include supplier research, price analysis, purchase order management, and monitoring delivery processes—ensuring company needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. **Responsibilities:** * Receive purchase requests and requirements from various departments; * Prepare quotations based on purchase requests; * Analyze and make purchasing decisions jointly with the department leader; * Verify inventory levels of items consumed in production; * Prepare fuel consumption reports together with logistics. **Requirements:** * Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; * Negotiation skills; * Knowledge of documentation related to processes executed in the area; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Familiarity with tools and subsystems relevant to the field; * Analytical ability.
