To become a market reference and build a solid trajectory toward becoming a publicly traded company. **Our values guide us every day:** Quality Punctuality Innovation Resilience Transparency Customer Focus If you identify with our purpose and values, and possess a hands-on profile with a focus on quality, join our team to execute and diagnose building maintenance services, ensuring agile, safe, and best-in-class customer experiences. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for performing operational technical assistance activities, practically executing services, organizing work fronts, and conducting field inspections, diagnostics, and service calls. * Executes general building maintenance services, with practical involvement across the following areas: * Civil: minor masonry and plaster repairs, crack corrections, surface finish restoration, screed adjustments; * Hydraulic: support in identifying and fixing leaks, replacing fittings, sealing points, and performing simple functionality tests; * Electrical: replacement of outlets, switches, light fixtures, and support in basic functionality checks; * Surface finishes and finishing works: localized removal and reinstallation of tiles, grouting, plastering, aesthetic corrections; * Gypsum ceiling: opening for inspection, support in restoration and finishing; * Painting: surface preparation, sanding, application of filler, and repair painting. * Conducts field technical inspections, identifying anomalies and performing diagnostics; * Performs practical tests, such as leak-tightness tests, simple hydraulic tests, and operational verifications under the guidance of the technical supervisor; * Organizes and prepares work sites, including area protection, material handling, and post-service cleaning; * Supports logistics of tools and materials, ensuring necessary resources are available for activity execution; * Works collaboratively with supervisors and other professionals, following technical instructions and contributing to rapid resolution of service requests; * Performs tasks in outdoor areas and, when required, supports work at height (e.g., preparing access for suspended scaffolding, under supervision); * Documents evidence of performed activities via photos, videos, and notes, ensuring traceability of executed services; * Conducts final service verification, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and appropriate handover conditions for the customer. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in building maintenance or residential construction projects; * Operational knowledge of construction tools and materials; * Proactive, collaborative profile with willingness to perform field activities; * Organized and detail-oriented in service execution. * Availability for travel. * Driver’s license Category B (required for travel between service locations). **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Psychosocial Support * Basic Food Basket * Pharmacy and Higher Education Institution Partnerships * Well-being Programs and Initiatives * Life Insurance * Total Pass * Transport Allowance Paid on Payroll ### **Build the future with Pollo Engenharia.** #### **Want to join a company that transforms people's lives and cities' futures?
