Process Analyst I

Description: * Recently graduated or currently pursuing a Higher Education degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields, in the final stages. Desirable: * Intermediate Excel skills * Participate in the analysis of existing company processes, conducting various assessments, reviewing internal controls, aiming to suggest possible changes, working under supervision. * Monitor company processes (administrative, industrial and commercial), analyzing flowcharts, timing system steps, verifying working conditions, labor distribution, use of resources and inputs and other factors that may impact the production process, aiming at optimizing productivity, cost reduction, quality improvement, etc. * Contribute to various studies for development and/or improvement of processes, reviewing internal controls, suggesting changes and implementing new procedures that optimize company department processes and improve information flows with internal and external customers. * Perform, under supervision, mapping of company processes, identifying those that can be adjusted, contributing to the development of studies for adoption of new procedures, as well as participating in training programs to qualify involved teams. * Support the development of standard routine documentation, detailing their steps, including manuals, policies, standards, procedures, instructions, records / forms and related documents for process effectiveness in support of responsible departments and teams, as well as create corporate-level documentation, aiming at its revision, standardization or implementation. * Support activities related to sizing process elements, through detailed description of various phases, as well as specifying equipment, materials and services. * Perform, under supervision, identification and reporting of non-conformities/vulnerability points and process issues, as well as suggest corrective actions. * Support process implementation, performing its mapping, preparing guidance and user training materials, as well as monitoring initial operations to ensure compliance with methodology and established objectives, making necessary corrections if needed, and maintaining proper records of work performed for control purposes. * Monitor activities carried out by contracted consulting firms engaged in specific development of new processes, providing them with information, evaluating and critiquing delivered materials, suggesting changes, etc., until project validation and implementation. * Participate in meetings to evaluate progress of new projects and their implementation with managers and responsible teams and/or with contracted consultants, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and achievement of defined objectives, as well as prepare meeting minutes for control or notification to superiors. * Contribute to implementation of recommended actions by monitoring the level of action implementation without directly interfering in their execution. * Stay updated on new technologies for evaluation, reformulation or innovation of processes aiming at their alignment with company systems, through research of specialized literature, Trade Fairs and Exhibitions, visits to suppliers, etc. 2511140202461115774
