Submit your resume for the **Internship in Pension Services** opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the Benefits Coordination team in the Pension area of Forluz, including: * Assisting in the payment process for benefits to assisted participants and pensioners, ensuring accurate processing in accordance with regulations, pension legislation, and tax laws. * Responding to CRM inquiries, drafting and dispatching correspondence, and managing document flow. * Issuing correspondence in response to participants and judicial notices. * Generating reports from systems and spreadsheets for submission to departments for monthly closing. * Digitizing and archiving general documents. * Updating managerial reports. * Reconciling paid benefit amounts with the treasury's bank file. * Performing reconciliations of payroll deductions, particularly Income Tax. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (from the 3rd semester onward) in Administration, Accounting, Actuarial Sciences, or Mathematics. * Proficiency and practical experience with Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate Excel, and Power BI. * SAP knowledge is desirable. * Organizational skills and concentration. * Clear communication and proactivity. * Energy and the desire to make a difference. **Additional Information** **What We Offer You!** * Internship stipend * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Discount club * Wellhub (Gympass) * Conexa Saúde * Psicologia Viva * A harmonious environment, certified by GPTW – Great Place to Work, and full of challenges!
