




Job Summary: This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies, conducting investigations, and managing risk assessments to ensure ethical operations. Contribute to risk mitigation and ethics and compliance training. **Description:** **To succeed in this role, you must have:** Completed undergraduate degree in Law; Postgraduate degree or MBA in Compliance, Governance, Auditing, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills; Experience in developing, reviewing, and implementing policies, integrity programs, and compliance controls; Experience conducting third-party due diligence procedures, monitoring, internal investigations, handling whistleblower reports, risk assessment, and compliance activities; Knowledge of compliance indicators, reports, dashboards, and effectiveness controls monitoring; Willingness to travel occasionally and work on-site in Belo Horizonte/MG. **Here’s how you’ll contribute to the Compliance team:** Drafting and reviewing internal policies and procedures; Identifying and mitigating compliance risks; Conducting ethics and compliance training and awareness campaigns; Monitoring whistleblower channels and internal investigations; Drafting and reviewing codes of conduct, supplier and third-party compliance policies, anti-corruption policies, conflict-of-interest policies, and gift/hospitality policies; Executing third-party due diligence processes, including suppliers, service providers, and commercial partners; Tracking KPIs and SLAs; Reviewing the compliance risk assessment. 2512250202491934989
