Key Responsibilities: * Support local functions in accomplishing and achieving GRC objectives by providing guidance, methodology and quality assurance in: a) Supporting local functions in gap assessment, remediation and implementation of applicable Group Policies and Standards to be implemented. b) Supporting local functions in remediating open findings (audit or management) by facilitating cross\-functional activities * Support the GRC Region Manager in monitoring, consolidating and preparing reports to be shared with local management teams and the Regional Board. * Promote the GRC culture in risk management to become part of the day\-to\-day business: a) Identify relevant risks (beyond those covered by the standards). b) Support the GRC Region Manager in leading management by defining appropriate action plans. c) Participate in key change projects/initiatives and assess their risks, controls and sustainability. d) Identify segregation of duties (SoD) issues (system and offline) and support functions in mitigating them. * Provide support to functions during the planning, execution and closing of the Internal Audit process. * Perform key GRC activities under the supervision and guidance of the GRC Region Manager: a) Standards assessments (GRC Function) – conduct quality assurance reviews on the standards assessments for each function/country. b) Process assessments (business projects) – support the GRC Region Manger in planning, execution and reporting processes. c) Support LMEs in assessing country needs by providing appropriate briefings and guidance on relevant issues. * Country visits: a) Under the supervision of the GRC Region Manager, conduct regular visits to countries in the Region with the engagement and collaboration of relevant regional and local functional managers. b) Provide regular feedback to the GRC Region Manager on key topics. * Collaboration with the GRC Area: a) Communicate effectively through reporting and meetings (VC/Teams). b) Contribute effectively and with a proactive approach to the discussion with the GRC professional family, bringing ideas and best practices with the aim of improving the GRC process/tools. Who We’re Looking For: * Degree in Economics, Administration, Accounting, Auditing or similar; * Governance (formalization and/or review of policies and procedures). * Risk management (risk mapping and identification of controls). * Compliance (external/internal audit and development of remediation plans). * Business processes (preferably from fast\-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and/or manufacturing industries). * Knowledge of Accounting, Finance and IT (SAP). * Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). * Data Analytics (KPI dashboard automation for Compliance continuous monitoring, etc) * Languages: advanced Portuguese, advanced English and/or intermediate Spanish.
