Job Summary: Contribute to risk prevention in company operations by monitoring the fleet, overseeing service providers, and ensuring compliance with the Risk Management Plan (PGR) and safety regulations. Commitment to Compliance standards and certifications (ISO, SASSMAQ) Position Objective Support risk prevention initiatives in company operations, ensuring adherence to the Risk Management Plan (PGR). Monitor fleet operations, oversee service providers, and verify documentation, vehicles, and cargo to minimize risks and losses to the company. Additionally, assist in asset security activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and established procedures. Main Responsibilities * Open and monitor tracking systems to observe vehicle locations; * Monitor the fleet, checking for incident alerts, signal loss, and other inconsistencies; * Notify the managing company of potential issues related to vehicle signal loss; * Conduct sensor tests on owned and affiliated fleet vehicles when system failures are indicated; * Request maintenance for tracking sensors, maintaining updated records in spreadsheets; * Receive cargo detachment requests, validate permissions, and request the managing company to issue the release command; * Register and update fleet information in risk management companies' systems; * Verify invoices related to tracking and equipment installation services, allocating costs among branches as needed; * Track fleet non-conformities and direct necessary corrective actions to responsible departments; * Prepare and manage drivers' work schedules (dispersion), entering and updating data in the system; * Assist in asset security investigations, when required; * Monitor compliance with the Risk Management Plan and operational standards, supporting teams in executing procedures. Compliance, Quality, and Safety * Adhere to the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct; * Operate in accordance with Compliance standards, applicable legislation, regulatory norms, and internal policies; * Support fulfillment of quality, environmental, and safety certification requirements, including **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SASSMAQ**; * Safeguard operational safety, protect assets, and mitigate risks.
