**Senior Telecom Analyst** **About the Position** We are seeking a proactive **Senior Telecom Analyst** with solid technical expertise to strengthen our infrastructure team. You will be responsible for the **implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of telecommunications systems and services**, contributing to the **availability, security, and performance** of corporate operations. If you are passionate about technology, enjoy solving challenges, and want to grow in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you! **Your Key Responsibilities** **Projects:** Actively participate in and support the planning and execution of telecommunications projects (WAN, LAN, SD\-WAN, VOIP). **Operations and Configuration:** Configure, monitor, and maintain equipment (routers, switches, Wi\-Fi controllers, Fortinet Firewalls). **Monitoring and Security:** Monitor and act to ensure stability and security of corporate networks, in accordance with established guidelines. **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities and propose technical improvements and cost optimization initiatives for the telecom infrastructure. **Documentation:** Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and internal procedures. **Collaboration:** Work jointly with internal teams and vendors to implement solutions and provide technical support. ;**What We’re Looking For** **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (from the 4th/5th semester onward) in Computer Networks, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. **Experience:** Solid experience (minimum 2 years) in telecommunications, with focus on WAN/LAN networks, VOIP, fiber optics, and communication protocols. **Technical Knowledge:** Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Zabbix). Hands-on experience with equipment and solutions from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Dell. Knowledge of network security (Firewalls, VPNs). **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal communication and proactivity. Desire for continuous learning and teamwork collaboration. **Nice-to-Haves (What Sets You Apart!)** Knowledge and experience in virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V). Familiarity with videoconferencing solutions (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex). Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
