Job Summary: Coordinate IT infrastructure, manage information security and cybersecurity, and lead teams to ensure high availability and performance of services. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate datacenter, server, network, storage, cloud, and backup environments. 2. Manage contracts, vendors, and performance indicators (SLAs). 3. Lead and develop the infrastructure and security team. ### **Key Responsibilities** Coordinate datacenter, server, network, storage, cloud, and backup environments. Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT services. Manage infrastructure, telecom, and cloud vendor contracts. Monitor performance and availability indicators (SLAs, capacity, availability). Administer virtualization services, switches, monitoring tools, and information security. Manage information security and cybersecurity initiatives. Implement and maintain security controls such as firewalls, EDR, antivirus, IAM, DLP, MFA, SWG, ZTNA, MDM, MAM, WAF, etc. Manage vulnerability assessments, remediation plans, and risk management. • Support audits and compliance with industry best practices. Coordinate security incident response and mitigation plans. Lead and develop the infrastructure and security team. Define technical policies, standards, and procedures. Prepare reports and metrics for leadership. Support strategic IT projects. ### **Technical Requirements** Firewall, antivirus, AntiSpam, SWG, and general information security tool administration. Server virtualization platform, Cisco and HP switches, and server management administration. Administration of services such as Active Directory, File Server, DPC, DNS. Information security and risk management • Project and vendor management. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Intermediate)
