Infosul RS is a company specialized in information technology solutions, offering consulting, software development, and technical support services to businesses across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Providing customer service for the assigned portfolio via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail. Telecom plan renewals. Sales of products from the portfolio. Tasks related to Customer Service Assistant routines. On-site work in Porto Alegre / RS. Previous experience as a Customer Service Agent, Support Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Customer Service Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
