Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Strongly act as a Hunter within the financial sector, especially with a proven track record of sales to Itaú Bank, aiming to exceed sales targets. * Build strong, lasting relationships with financial-sector clients, particularly Itaú. * Manage short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation. * Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery aligned with key performance metrics, with strong emphasis on new business sales. * Identify and research territories/verticals to formalize a go-to-market strategy and create qualified target accounts. * Develop pipeline through a combination of cold calls, email campaigns, and industry/market knowledge/intelligence. * Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure achievement of targets. * Manage the end-to-end sales process by engaging appropriate resources, such as pre-sales consultants, the company’s Salesforce CoE specialists, Partnerships team, etc. * Daily updating of commercial activities and/or dailys, with accurate customer and pipeline data. * Capable of managing various mandatory organizational activities and supporting internal processes. * Responsible for certain sales motions, including upsell and cross-sell, from an IT services delivery perspective. * Articulate the sales force’s value proposition. * Conduct market and competitive analyses and continuously develop negotiated sales strategies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Extensive and relevant experience selling IT solutions, ranging from outsourcing (bodyshop) to highly complex technical projects (managed). * Proven success in direct net sales of new IT services businesses, with ability to demonstrate consistent delivery against targets. * Demonstrable sales achievements history. * Resilient, flexible, motivated, energetic for Hunter roles, team-oriented, with strong communication, relationship-building, and positive attitude. * English fluency is desirable. * Existing client portfolio (relationships) and willingness to grow within the company. * Education: Regardless of academic background, the executive must possess market insight into IT solutions sales and experience articulating sales arguments throughout the sales process.
