Flow control to ensure on-time deliveries **Job Title: Shipping and Warranty Assistant** **About the Role:** We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our logistics team. You will serve as the central link among warehouse staff, drivers, and end customers — overseeing everything from rapid order dispatch to technical analysis of returns and warranty claims. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Warranty Management:** Receive defective products, assess whether they meet the manufacturer’s criteria, and carry out physical exchange procedures. * **Reverse Logistics:** Inspect returned goods and record receipt/reversal entries in the system. * **Shipping and Dispatch:** Deliver goods to motorcycle couriers and app-based drivers (Uber Flash/Lalamove/99\), ensuring speed and accuracy of orders. * **Flow Control:** Monitor order picking stages to ensure counter deliveries are not delayed. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in shipping and goods receiving.
