Then apply now and don’t waste any time! **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Junior Resident Technical Professional, you will focus on:** * Providing support for service tickets within the client’s environment and performing any other necessary tasks; * Performing software and hardware maintenance; * Physical and systemic asset management; * Keeping the equipment inventory up to date; * Receiving and returning equipment and supplies; * Opening equipment to separate components for disposal and peripheral stock; * Performing degaussing procedures; * Preparing reports (Excel). **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we’re looking for:** * Courses in equipment maintenance (laptops, mobile phones, printers); * Proven experience in repairing and assembling printers (multi-brand); * Proven experience in repairing mobile phones and tablets; * Proven experience in repairing and assembling laptops and desktops; **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Prior experience in the technology sector; **Additional Information** * **Work Location:** Av.
