The Filmmaker is pivotal in building our brand. Your role is to transform real stories, information, and purpose into videos that foster connection, trust, and conversion—supporting marketing strategies. You will be responsible for creating audiovisual content that supports our customers throughout their journey. **Key responsibilities:** Plan, film, and edit video content for social media, campaigns, and institutional channels (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, ads, landing pages). Create educational videos about procedures, care, patient journeys, and behind-the-scenes insights. Develop storytelling aligned with our brand positioning: safety, authenticity, and empathy. Support performance campaigns (paid ads) by producing conversion-focused creatives. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams. Participate in editorial planning and campaign development. Ensure technical quality (image, sound, lighting, and editing). Adapt content for various formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, long-form videos). Manage and organize image and video libraries. Monitor video trends, formats, and social media language. **Requirements:** Degree in Audiovisual Studies, Cinema, Communications, Marketing, or related fields (preferred). Prior experience as a Filmmaker or Videomaker. Proficiency in editing tools. Knowledge of video and audio capture. Understanding of storytelling, branding, and digital marketing.
