We are looking for a communicative, proactive, and aesthetics-enthusiast professional to work as a Sales Consultant in our clinic specializing in aesthetic treatments and laser hair removal. Responsibilities: * Conduct in-person and online consultations with clients interested in our procedures. * Present the treatments offered, explaining benefits, packages, and unique features. * Perform follow-up with leads and clients to close sales. * Update and maintain the clinic’s CRM or internal system. * Accompany the client’s journey, delivering empathetic and delightful service. * Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets. * Support the team in organizing events and promotional activities. * Requirements: * Previous experience in sales. * Excellent verbal communication skills. * Negotiation and persuasion abilities. * Organization, results orientation, and teamwork spirit. * Basic knowledge of social media and CRM tools is a plus. * Preferred Qualifications: * Experience selling laser procedures or aesthetic treatments. * Technical training or courses in aesthetics is a plus (but not mandatory). * We Offer: * Fixed salary + attractive sales commission. * Training on the procedures we offer. * Pleasant work environment with growth opportunities.
