If you are a passionate professional seeking to build a world of possibilities, we want to connect with you! **Responsibilities and Duties** These will be your challenges as a **Retention Agent**: * Provide customer service via phone or digital channels, either reactively or proactively; * Renew plans and benefit packages; * Retain customers from the base by offering benefits and advantages aligned with available plans and packages; * Foster loyalty among existing customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Do you identify with our challenge?
