As an Apprentice, you will provide support in the administrative and operational routines of your assigned department, balancing on-the-job practical learning with theoretical training provided by SENAI, focusing on professional development and preparation for entering the labor market. Responsibilities and Duties * Support administrative activities in the department, such as document organization, spreadsheet completion, and archiving. * Assist with internal customer service (telephone, in-person, or email), following team guidance. * Monitor and update operational controls under supervision. * Actively participate in the theoretical and practical training sessions of the apprenticeship program. * Comply with company internal procedures regarding safety, ethical conduct, and operational standards. * Develop simple projects and presentations according to the internal training schedule. * Support area-specific routines (e.g., attendance tracking, document verification, among others). * Collaborate in organizing company internal events and initiatives. * Perform other related tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor. Requirements and Qualifications * Minimum age of 14 years and maximum age of 23 years. * Completed or currently pursuing high school education. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Willingness to learn and develop professionally. 2512050202181847815
