Job Summary: A reception professional responsible for customer service, plan sales, client registration, payment control, and area organization, prioritizing the gym's positive image. Support in administrative routines and safeguarding the gym's image. The gym is seeking a Receptionist in Lavras. Abler is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person, telephone, and app-based service with courtesy and friendliness. Present and sell gym membership plans, clarify doubts, and highlight benefits. Register and update client information in the system. Receive new students and introduce them to instructors, assisting in the integration process. Manage payments (cash, card, PIX) and complete the daily cash book. Organize the reception area and monitor the flow of students and visitors entering and exiting. Support administrative routines and uphold the gym's positive image.
