Assistance in tax calculation and ancillary obligations Position: Tax Assistant – Road Freight Transportation Location: São Joaquim de Bicas\-MG Employment Type: CLT Department: Tax / Accounting Job Description: A road freight transportation company seeks a Tax Assistant to support the tax department’s routine tasks, ensuring accurate verification and registration of tax documents related to transportation operations. Main Responsibilities: Verification and recording of incoming and outgoing invoices. Assistance in tax calculation (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS where applicable). Control and organization of tax documents and digital files. Support in submission of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, GIA, among others). Internal department support to clarify tax-related questions concerning transportation. Support during audits and inspections when required. Requirements: Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields is preferred). Knowledge of tax legislation. Experience with transportation tax documents (CT\-e, MDF\-e) is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP). Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
