Only education transforms! **As an Educational Pedagogical Advisor, your challenges will include:** * Organizing and monitoring the teaching and learning process for the educational segment under your responsibility, ensuring reflection, engagement, and implementation of pedagogical and educational goals; * Weekly monitoring of collective planning for teacher training, analysis, and development; * Supporting teacher training to improve teaching quality and enhance pedagogical activities; * Conducting individual meetings and providing feedback to teachers; * Conducting pedagogical and educational monitoring of students in the final years of Elementary School; * Analyzing academic performance and implementing appropriate interventions with students, teachers, and families; * Supporting students by mediating conflict situations and addressing learning difficulties to improve their development and performance. **Work Schedule:** Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 2-hour break; once per week, you will conduct a pedagogical meeting during evening hours. **Essential Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degrees in Education (e.g., Languages, Biology, etc.); Knowledge of cognitive, psychological, and social development stages; Experience in the teaching-learning process, classroom management, and conflict mediation; Practical experience in analyzing results and developing action plans for improvement. **Desirable Qualifications:** Pedagogy degree or pedagogical training; Specialization courses in the field of Education. **And here’s a great perk—the benefits we offer:** *(Benefits may vary depending on region and work schedule)* **Selection process stages are conducted on our platform.
