If you have energy, eagerness to learn, and want to grow with us, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main responsibilities:** As a Young Apprentice in our bakery industry, you will undergo a practical learning journey, assisting in essential routines for our operations. Your activities will include: * Assisting in organizing, sanitizing, and maintaining quality control of the workplace. * Supporting labeling, weighing, and packaging of bakery products. * Assisting in inventory control, checking expiration dates and organizing raw materials. * Providing support in basic administrative routines within the production department (filling out spreadsheets and organizing documents). * *Note: The Young Apprentice will not operate heavy or hazardous machinery, ensuring complete safety during the learning process.* **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek (Requirements):** * Be between 14 and 24 years old (maximum age does not apply to persons with disabilities). * Currently enrolled in or having completed Elementary School or High School. * Availability to work [6] hours daily (morning or afternoon shift). * Enjoy teamwork, be proactive, and highly motivated to learn. **Additional Information** **What we offer (Benefits):** * Salary compliant with the Apprenticeship Law. * Transportation Allowance. * Professional qualification course at partner institution PROVIM. * Welcoming environment focused on your development.
