THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION LEARNING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of registrations for the Personnel Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of SEST SENAT's Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Porter **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days after degree completion). PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN FRONT DESK AND/OR SURVEILLANCE ACTIVITIES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service performed, along with a description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS registration uses nomenclature consistent with that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
