Information Security Analyst - Identity and Access Management

Description

We are looking for a professional to work as an **Information Security Analyst** focused on **Identity and Access Management (IAM)** to join our cybersecurity team, dedicated to a financial market client. The professional will be responsible for ensuring control, governance, and compliance of access to systems, data, and corporate applications, with prior experience in **Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)** and **SailPoint IdentityNow** **Responsibilities and duties** * Review access policies across the entire technology environment landscape, including Servers, Cloud Services, Relational and Non-Relational DBMS, IAC, Microservices, and Routes * Share knowledge and disseminate defined standards and best practices adopted in projects to involved teams * Support the review or development of procedures and controls with a focus on critical analysis of existing access rights * Evaluate technical requirements of projects and post-implementation support, acting on their implementation regarding access management * Administer and operate Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, focusing on Azure AD and SailPoint; * Manage identity lifecycle (onboarding, changes, and offboarding); * Ensure application of access policies based on **least privilege** and **zero trust** principles; * Perform identity governance, including access recertification campaigns and segregation of duties (SoD) * Analyze and resolve incidents related to identity and access * Collaborate with technology and business areas to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations (LGPD, ISO 27001, etc.); * Support internal and external audits by providing evidence of access controls **Requirements and qualifications** Proven experience with **Azure Active Directory**, including Conditional Access, MFA, dynamic groups, roles, and policies; Practical experience with **SailPoint IdentityNow** (implementation, configuration, connectors, governance); Knowledge of authentication and authorization models (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect); Experience with corporate IAM policies and identity lifecycle; Desirable certifications such as **Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate**, **SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Professional** or similar; Knowledge of ITSM platforms (such as ServiceNow or Jira); Experience with IAM integration in hybrid environments (cloud \+ on\-premise); Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
