




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for analyzing and executing routine HR activities, ensuring legal compliance and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Providing technical support and clarifying client inquiries This collaborator will be responsible for analyzing and executing routine HR department activities, aiming to comply with legislation and meet employee needs in accordance with company standards. 1. Participate in team sectoral meetings; 2. Raise client awareness during the first three months of the contract regarding the importance of timely document submission; 3. Conduct the verification process of client documents; 4. Request pending documentation from clients required to carry out tasks; 5. Process admissions, terminations, payroll, position changes, transfers, reinstatements, and system entries using the CEF website, SEFIP system, ACI, Social Connectivity, and DCTF WEB to meet client demands; 6. Annually download XML files for payroll closure to ensure effective RAIS submission and send DIRF files to the accountant via the Fortes system to guarantee accurate information to relevant authorities; 7. Monitor processes before public agencies (e.g., installment plans, registration updates, agreement terms, etc.); 8. Issue tax payment slips and declarations for primary and ancillary obligations; 9. Manage, apply, and monitor Collective Labor Agreements within each company’s HR routine; 10. Clarify technical inquiries from clients; 11. Send notifications regarding expiration dates of probationary periods in employment contracts; 12. Inform the Supervisor or Coordinator about uncertainties related to contract execution and requests for new services; 13. Attend client meetings, presenting reports to clarify questions and provide better guidance; 14. Periodically verify whether all rates (e.g., FAP, RAT, INSS, among others) comply with current legislation, ensuring correct system configuration; 15. Participate in MTE inspections, providing all requested documentation and discussing matters as needed; 16. Monitor upcoming vacations and notify clients accordingly; 17. Prepare HR Reports as requested by clients.
