This aims to focus on proactive care, to ensure clients experience meaningful and well\-timed interactions throughout their customer journey with Graphisoft. **Responsibilities:** * Act as the internal go\-to person for anything Customer Success Management related * Drive, plan, organize, lead and control the activities around Customer Success Management + Identify and introduce projects and actions that contribute to the Customer Success strategy - Plan, design and execute customer success initiatives - Align with global stakeholders + Manage, monitor, and report progress and performance - Define and track relevant KPIs - Analyze quantitative \& qualitative data - Interpret data into meaningful, actionable insights - Deliver regular reports to stakeholders - Identify and report trending issues - Escalate roadblocks + Coordinate work between relevant teams and organizational units + Continuously improve processes for increased efficiency **Attributes:** * Self\-driven, and results\-oriented * Empathic communicator * Well\-presented and businesslike * Responsible and accountable * Team player * High level of customer focus * Understands and lives the GRAPHISOFT company values **Skills:** * BSc/BA degree in Architecture, Engineering or Business Administration * High level understanding of the Graphisoft products and the BIM industry * Independent project management skills * High level presentation and training skills * Professional working proficiency in English language
