Responsibilities and duties **You will:** Lead the software engineering, infrastructure, and information security teams; Ensure iCrop's systems are scalable, resilient, auditable, and secure; Evolve the technological architecture to support national and international expansion; Implement best practices in DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, and observability; Coordinate strategic decisions regarding technology stack, cloud, frameworks, and public APIs; Act as a technical reference for product, data, and innovation teams; Manage cyber risks and compliance (LGPD, OWASP, etc.); Develop talent and strengthen the engineering culture; Participate in strategic planning and technical prioritization with the CEO and business leaders; Highlight issues and UX/UI focused on the Farmer persona. Requirements and qualifications **You must have:** Experience in technology companies within the agribusiness or climatology sector; Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; Experience as a CTO/technical leader in scale-ups or SaaS companies; Proven track record with distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and APIs; Solid experience in information security, access policies, encryption, and auditing; Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS, including cross-cloud techniques; Strong ability to communicate and engage with non-technical executives (Agribusiness); Advanced English with full fluency for meetings with international partners (reading, writing, and speaking). **You will stand out if you have:** Certifications in Security (CISSP, CISM, OSCP) or Architecture (AWS/GCP Architect); Experience with IoT platforms or embedded solutions (Equipment). 2509130202531690902
