




Drive tractor-trailers, checking the daily travel schedule, loading and unloading according to specific planning, operating them along designated routes, following instructions from your department. Ensure the safety of transported goods, as well as the maintenance and preservation of the vehicle under your responsibility. **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate tractor-trailers (trailer or semi-trailer) for cargo transportation, following company regulations and compliance with Municipal, State, and Federal laws; * Check the vehicle inspection checklist daily and replace the tachograph disc; * Define vehicle loading sequence according to unloading order; * Supervise vehicle loading at the company yard, paying attention to cargo distribution, ensuring safety and quality during transportation; * Perform preventive equipment inspections, reporting issues and taking vehicles to the workshop when necessary; * Verify invoices for collected and/or delivered goods; * Supervise loading and/or unloading of goods at customer or supplier locations, providing appropriate conditions for cargo handling; * Ensure all documents (waybills, invoice stubs, and others) are signed/stamped by the customer and subsequently delivered to the Transportation department; * Identify and record any issues related to Product, Process, and Quality Systems; * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of the equipment; * Comply with internal company rules and processes, such as the "De Olho no Veículo" and Telemetria programs; * Operate Truck, Toco, or Utility vehicles in the absence of trailers; * Perform other related professional activities as directed by immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** * Elementary education; * Vocational training course; * Experience in the role; * Advanced knowledge of traffic routes; * Advanced knowledge of traffic legislation; * Understanding of vehicle height and length; * Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics; * Driver's license category E. **Additional information** * **Daily allowance \-** receive an allowance that provides greater peace of mind and well\-being during your trips * **Health Insurance \-** Take care of your health and your family's with a comprehensive plan offering broad coverage in excellent hospitals and clinics. * **Dental Plan \-** Smile without worries!
