Additionally, the professional will be responsible for communicating with the Operational Control Center (OCC) to ensure smooth operations and highway safety. * Control and monitor vehicle traffic flow on highways, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and maintaining safety; * Conduct vehicle inspections, verifying documentation, safety conditions, and compliance with traffic regulations; * Coordinate actions to reduce congestion, identifying critical points and implementing measures to optimize traffic; * Prevent and intervene in risk situations, such as accidents or adverse traffic conditions, to ensure traffic fluidity and road safety; * Carry out tow truck operations, safely and efficiently removing immobilized vehicles or those involved in accidents, following safety standards and operational procedures; * Maintain constant communication with the Operational Control Center (OCC), reporting traffic conditions, incidents, and support needs, ensuring efficient coordination of rescue and road maintenance activities; * Monitor road and signage conditions, recording anomalies or maintenance requirements, and coordinating actions with responsible teams; * Provide support to emergency, security, and maintenance teams during accidents or emergency situations on the highway; * Prepare reports on traffic conditions, observed incidents, actions taken, and performed tow truck operations; * Collaborate with other agencies and teams, such as highway police, security teams, and other service providers, to ensure smooth operations and driver safety; * Ensure that communication equipment, tow trucks, and signage are always operating properly; * Perform other related duties at the discretion of the immediate supervisor; * Assist in animal apprehension along the inspected stretch, safeguarding user safety; * Perform other related duties at the discretion of the immediate supervisor; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources for job performance, in accordance with internal rules and procedures; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources for job performance, in accordance with internal rules and procedures; * At the start of each shift, inspect the vehicle’s operational condition and usability, including water level, oil level, tire condition, general vehicle condition, and fuel level, and report any deficiencies identified to the immediate supervisor, aiming to operate the vehicle in compliance with regulations, procedures, and guidelines; * Be aware of and comply with policies, standards, procedures, or work instructions defined by Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road Safety management systems, as applicable to their area of operation, established by the company or current legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Elementary Education; Driver’s License Category C, D, or E; Prior experience in traffic inspection, highway safety, or related fields is desirable. **Additional Information** On-site work at the highway base; Work Schedule: Shift-based (2x2\). The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way\-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. is responsible for the concession of MS\-112 and segments of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers in length. MS\-112 extends from its junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, covering 200.5 kilometers. The concessioned segment of BR\-158 runs from MS\-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 segment runs from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, spanning 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. is responsible for the concession of BR\-262, covering the stretch beginning at km 360\+100, at its junction with BR\-381 in Betim, to km 799, at its junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba, totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
