Develop and implement strategies to increase bakery sales and profitability. Ensure consistent product and service quality, maintaining the highest hygiene and food safety standards. Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise staff, providing regular feedback and development opportunities. Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and business partners to ensure adequate supply of ingredients and materials. \- Requirements: Proven experience in the food service industry. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire the team. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Solid knowledge of food safety practices and relevant regulations. Results-oriented mindset and ability to make strategic decisions to drive business growth. Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
