




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Main responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions, with a focus on asset security and facilities; * Conduct high-volume selection processes, managing multiple simultaneous demands; * Align candidate profiles with managers, coordinators, and operational leaders; * Lead, guide, and support the recruitment team, distributing tasks, monitoring performance and deadlines; * Serve as a technical reference for recruitment and selection analysts and assistants; * Conduct individual and group interviews (in-person and online); * Ensure documentary compliance and legal requirements specific to the security sector; * Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (SLA, time-to-fill, candidate funnel); * Propose improvements to talent attraction, sourcing, and selection processes; * Work closely with operations, focusing on agility, quality, and results. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Psychology; * Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably within security, facilities, or outsourced services companies; * Experience in leadership, coordination, or management of recruitment and selection teams (people management); * Experience in high-volume recruitment and operational roles; * Proactive, resilient, organized profile with a strong sense of urgency; * Strong communication skills, consultative attitude, and ability to interact effectively with different hierarchical levels; * Proficiency in recruitment tools, metrics, and Microsoft Office suite. ### **JOB BENEFITS** * Work modality: On-site * Shift schedule: 6x1 (Monday to Saturday) * Location: Praça da Bandeira, Rio de Janeiro * Benefits: * Transportation Allowance (MODAL) Meal Allowance (R$ 25.00 per day) iFood Benefits (multi-benefit card) Access to iFood Club ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** CLT
