Requirements: * Completed High School education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Sales and customer service experience preferred; * Familiarity with sales goals and performance indicators is a plus; * Experience in telecommunications is a plus; * Knowledge of Android and iOS systems is a plus. * Provide customer service—either in person or online—using official company-provided tools, adopting a consultative approach to identify customer needs and offer a unique value proposition; * Conduct product and service demonstrations, clarifying questions regarding their specifications to provide greater confidence for customers’ decision-making; * Sell products (mobile devices and accessories) and services (plans and digital services), aligned with customer needs and following company procedures and guidelines; * Support customers in resolving issues related to Vivo’s services; * Promote product and service offers and proactively attract new customers; * Establish and foster customer relationships, embodying one’s personal brand in alignment with Vivo’s DNA to maintain this connection; * Help organize customer flow in stores and manage waiting lines when necessary; * Arrange products on display shelves and keep them organized according to company standards.
