This is fundamental to maintaining operational continuity; * Contact origin and destination clients, keeping them informed about travel progress. This includes communicating events such as vehicle breakdowns, prolonged stops, accidents, and other situations impacting the itinerary. The goal is to prevent delays and, if necessary, adjust arrival forecasts for clients; * Report any internal irregularities occurring during trips via email, ensuring these issues are properly recorded and addressed; * Provide support to internal and external clients via emails or phone calls. This includes providing information, clarifying doubts, and, when necessary, seeking guidance from management on more complex matters. This is crucial to maintain workflow; * Support drivers in attending requests made outside business hours.
