A food manufacturing plant is seeking a Production Assistant in Pouso Alegre (Limeira). **Responsibilities:** Assist in the preparation of raw materials and inputs for production. Operate simple machinery or support operators of more complex equipment. Sort, weigh, and organize ingredients and products during the production process. Package products and prepare them for storage or shipment. Maintain the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow hygiene, food safety, and good manufacturing practices. Identify irregularities or issues in production and report them to the supervisor. Provide support in inventories and stock control when necessary. Previous experience as Machine Operator, Assembler, Production Assistant, or Production Helper may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
