Key activities include: Main Responsibilities Electromechanical Systems Integration Design, implement, and optimize systems combining mechanics, electronics, and embedded software in vehicles and industrial processes. Process Automation and Control Knowledgeable in automated production systems, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality. Advanced Maintenance Perform diagnostics and interventions on mechatronic equipment, applying preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to reduce failures and increase system availability. Technological Innovation Work on connected mobility solutions, embedded intelligence, and sensor/actuator integration, contributing to smarter and more sustainable vehicles. Continuous Improvement Propose and implement improvements in production processes and products, aligning with the company's quality, safety, and sustainability goals. Multidisciplinary Collaboration Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers as well as manufacturing specialists to develop comprehensive and integrated solutions. Work with electronic modules, CAN/VAN networks, and expertise in calibration of control units (ECU, CSI, BM34, Bitron). This role is strategic because it unifies mechanical, electrical, and control engineering to drive innovation in vehicles and optimize industrial processes, always aligned with the company’s operational excellence philosophy. **Requirements:** ----------------- Required Competencies: Mechanical and Electronic Systems Integration: design and validate solutions integrating sensors, actuators, and controllers in vehicles and industrial processes. Automation and Robotics: development and maintenance of automated production systems, including industrial robots and intelligent assembly lines. Advanced Maintenance: execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on mechatronic equipment, focusing on reliability and failure reduction. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: analysis of failures in complex systems using digital tools and engineering methodologies. Programming and Control: application of automation software (PLC, CNC, SAP) and integration with production management systems. Project Management: participation in continuous improvement and technological innovation initiatives. Technical and Regulatory Reporting: preparation of documentation for compliance and process standardization. Mobility Innovation: integration of embedded intelligence into vehicles.
