Position: Mechanical Maintenance Planning Technician Temporary or permanent contract? Working hours and days of the week: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Required experience and knowledge: experience in mechanical maintenance planning. Knowledge: Mandatory knowledge: SAP PM module and Intermediate Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams). Hazardous or unhealthy conditions? No Education: Technical degree in Mechanics (pursuing an engineering degree is a plus). Responsibilities Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for industrial machines and equipment. Create detailed execution schedules, aligning maintenance and production activities to minimize downtime. Define service order priorities based on asset criticality. Estimate required labor, tools, and spare parts for each activity. Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure material availability. Negotiate deadlines and costs for external services with suppliers. Manage maintenance costs, seeking efficiency and waste reduction. Record and analyze failures to propose continuous improvements. Guide maintenance teams on procedures and best practices. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during interventions. Participate in failure analyses (RCM, FMEA) to increase asset reliability.
