Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work on the development and enhancement of equipment projects for food service and bakery applications, ensuring innovation, efficiency, and quality. We continuously invest in new technologies and foster a work environment that promotes constant development, always with the goal of building a solid and prosperous future for everyone. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Improve projects using specific *3D CAD software*, aligned with the scope defined by the manager, aiming for maximum efficiency regarding functionality, assembly, safety, and cost—thus delivering equipment that meets consumer needs and organizational objectives; * Implement product modifications based on production observations or customer *feedback*, pursuing continual improvement in performance, quality, and cost; * Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation according to established standards whenever changes occur or new products are developed, ensuring all relevant departments receive necessary information for production and compliance with current legal regulations; * Research and qualify new suppliers via internet searches and in-person meetings, evaluating product quality to guarantee optimal equipment quality and cost, in line with company policy; * Provide internal and external technical support to other departments as needed, offering advisory services for equipment renovation, maintenance, and production, thereby ensuring equipment quality and proper functionality; * Monitor and assist throughout the prototype and pilot batch assembly process, aiming to maximize project optimization and eliminate potential failures; * Update project schedules using project management software to ensure timely delivery; * Conduct regular research and monitor competing brands to identify emerging technologies for project development; * Perform other related tasks as directed and instructed by the immediate supervisor; * Participate in internal committees aimed at improving administrative processes and departmental documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; **Desirable:** * Technical course in Mechanics or related fields; * Proficiency in 3D modeling tools; * Valid Brazilian Driver’s License (Category B). **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Child Education Assistance Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Prática University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the daily operations of the food industry.
