




DEAD-LINE SUPERVISOR: Electrician responsible for personnel management in team-based execution of construction, installation, or maintenance work on de-energized (dead) electrical distribution networks, or remote operation of energized networks, in compliance with NR-10, possessing the necessary knowledge for the following responsibilities: He/she is responsible for managing a team’s personnel during construction, installation, and preventive/corrective electrical maintenance activities; emergency response; remote operation of equipment (switches or devices on electrical distribution networks); vegetation pruning or removal adjacent to distribution networks using vegetation management techniques. These activities may be carried out on electrical distribution networks with insulation classes of 1.0 kV, 15 kV, 25 kV, and 34.5 kV, on de-energized networks, adhering to the Six Golden Rules: 1st – De-energize, 2nd – Lock Out, 3rd – Test, 4th – Ground, 5th – Protect, 6th – Signage; He/she is the primary guardian of life, disseminates knowledge, provides technical guidance to the team, ensuring efficient results with integrity, safety, and quality—always prioritizing the safety of employees, third parties, and assets; Prepares in advance the Work Execution Plan (PEX), detailing all activities to be performed on the distribution network with the team; verifies required documentation, equipment, and tools prior to activity commencement; Plans and directs subordinates’ work, jointly reviewing and studying the PEX with the team before each activity or service; Conducts, together with the subordinate team before each activity, the Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR)—in printed/paper form or digitally via application if available—and implements control measures; Communicates and aligns the team with the client’s Operations Center (COD/COI), facilitating demand receipt, information reporting, and service delivery on the network; Ensures compliance with occupational safety rules, fully implements NR-10 stages for safe de-energization and intervention on the power network, and follows guidelines established in the Standard Operating Procedure (POP) for each activity (as specified in the regional contract); Conducts daily individual and collective checklists for the subordinate team; Also performs vehicle inspections for his/her assigned vehicle(s), documenting conformities and jointly resolving non-conformities with the team, SESMT, warehouse staff, or immediate supervisor—ensuring immediate resolution prior to any field execution; Performs activities in teams composed of two or more employees, organizing each team member’s tasks to deliver the required outcome. The subordinate team may consist of one or more employees—including distribution network electricians, aerial lift truck operators, journeyman electricians, and electrician assistants—and reports directly to an operational supervisor, coordinator, manager, or responsible engineer per the current organizational chart; Ensures accurate and faithful entry into the work order of information regarding activities executed by the team, materials used at the end of each activity, photo quality, and technical evidence, as per production control standards, technical notes, or work orders—dispatched and fulfilled either in printed/paper form or via application/software using PDA, tablet, or smartphone; RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a live-line electrician; Driver’s license class "C" or "D" is a plus; Distribution Network Electrician Certificate; Basic NR-10 and SEP Certificate; NR-35 Certificate; Minimum education: completed high school (2nd degree); Willingness to travel;
