As a Junior Lawyer, you will support the company’s legal activities, operating in a generalist and integrated manner across internal departments. Key responsibilities include: * Monitoring civil and labor litigation proceedings, including strategy analysis, deadline tracking, attendance at procedural events, and coordination with third-party law firms; * Providing labor advisory services, offering legal support to the Human Resources department on recurring and preventive matters; * Handling and monitoring matters related to the General Data Protection Law (LGPD); * Supporting the maintenance and operationalization of the company’s LGPD Program, including internal controls, recordkeeping, guidance to departments, support to the Data Protection Officer (DPO), and coordination with the Information Security team; * Drafting, analyzing, and reviewing contracts of low, medium, and high complexity involving various business areas; * Monitoring and managing the Electronic Judicial Address (Domicílio Judicial Eletrônico), ensuring proper tracking of official communications; * Occasional support in drafting corporate documents and procedures before Commercial Registries and other competent authorities. 2512180202551925270
