We are looking for an **ELECTRICIAN ASSISTANT** to join our efforts. Come connect with us! What are the challenges of this opportunity? ● Organize and prepare cables and electrical materials for installation and maintenance, following the Electrician’s instructions; ● Identify different types of cables and materials, classifying them to facilitate access during task execution; ● Maintain cables and materials organized and in good condition; ● Keep the workplace clean and organized, removing tools, materials, and waste; ● Clean and organize electrical tools and equipment, ensuring their functionality and safety; ● Ensure organization and cleanliness of workspaces; ● Assist in installing electrical panels, routing cables and securing components under the Electrician’s guidance; ● Assist in maintaining electrical systems, performing tasks such as lamp replacement, contactor cleaning, and connection verification; ● Follow safety regulations and established procedures for task execution; ● Observe the operation of electrical components—such as diagrams, motors, and panels—and report any anomalies to the Electrician; ● Perform basic operational checks on components under the Electrician’s supervision; ● Assist in identifying possible faults or defects in electrical components; ● Record materials used and activities performed for each job. **Moreover, what else do you need to have?** Concentrated attention, discipline, organization, proactivity, responsibility, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and willingness to learn. **And what are the differentiators and requirements to apply?** * Preferred: currently enrolled in or completed technical training in Electrotechnics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role; * Basic knowledge of electricity; * Awareness of electrical safety; * Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in electrical work; * Ability to identify different types of cables and materials; * Basic knowledge of reading electrical diagrams. **Compensation and Benefits** \- Compensation: To be discussed \- Employment Type: CLT \- Transportation Allowance (1% deduction) \- Meal/Meal Allowance: R$ 20.00 \- Basic Food Basket: R$ 650.00 \- Christmas Food Basket: R$ 650.00 \- Fully company-funded Dental Plan \- Life Insurance \- Partnerships with educational institutions \- Semi-annual Profit Sharing: 50% ⛔️⛔️ **Important Notes:** On-site work, 6x1 rotating schedule.
