Responsibilities: Punctuality; recording accounts payable and receivable; scheduling payments; processing payments; performing bank account reconciliations; issuing financial receipts; recording banking transactions; collaborating with the accounting department; handling financial and accounting documentation; answering phone calls from employees and clients; preparing budgets.
