Support in managing third-party contracts and structural improvements **Job Summary:** * Monitor and manage building, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance; * Coordinate service providers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and NR/ABNT standards; * Control invoices and financial requisitions in the JDE system; * Prepare reports, management spreadsheets, and KPIs; * Support the acquisition of fixed assets and continuous improvements in the Facilities area; * Support the management of third-party service contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance, cafeteria, property security, etc.); * Monitor and supervise service execution at the site; * Control preventive and corrective maintenance requests; * Interface with suppliers; * Track departmental metrics (costs, SLA, and service levels); * Support internal and external audits; * Ensure compliance with safety and building preservation regulations; * Support layout organization and structural improvements. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Civil, Electrical, or Production Engineering; * Experience in maintenance, installation engineering, third-party management, civil/electrical construction, or startups; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, corrective and preventive maintenance, and technical standards; * Behavioral competencies: strong communication skills, leadership, organization, planning, results orientation, and commitment.
