Job Description
Responsible for **equipment condition monitoring**, performing predictive inspection routes and analyzing vibration and temperature data to proactively identify potential mechanical failures. Contributes to increased **asset reliability, reduction of unplanned downtime, and improvement of operational efficiency**.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Perform **field-based predictive inspection routes**, adhering to technical and safety standards.
* Conduct measurements using **data collectors for vibration and temperature monitoring**.
* Analyze **vibration spectra and monitoring data** to identify equipment faults.
* Monitor data from **online sensors**, interpreting trends and abnormal conditions.
* Carry out **installation, maintenance, and replacement of monitoring sensors**.
* Raise **work orders in the maintenance management system** upon identification of asset anomalies.
* Support the development and review of **predictive inspection routes**, contributing to continuous improvement of equipment monitoring.
* Collaborate with **Engineering, PCM, and maintenance execution teams**.
* Prepare reports and document **case studies on equipment reliability improvements**.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Completed **technical course** in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.
* Prior experience in **predictive maintenance or condition monitoring, including collection and analysis of vibration and temperature data**.
* Knowledge of **vibration analysis and monitoring of rotating equipment**.
* Familiarity with **industrial equipment**, such as bearings, pumps, motors, gearboxes, gears, and vibrating screens.
* Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**.
Desirable Qualifications
* Certification or specialization in **vibration analysis**.
* Experience in **industrial or mining environments**.
* Knowledge of **vibration analysis and online asset monitoring software**.
* Experience in **maintenance engineering and reliability routines**.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month
