Repair vinyl flooring using a welding machine, where a bead seals the seams of the joints, thereby restoring the floor and preventing water infiltration. Clean light fixtures by removing the glass holder and using dry and damp cloths to remove dirt both inside and around the fixture, ensuring the bed remains in perfect working condition. Monitor beds by performing a daily checklist with notes recorded in spreadsheets and resolving any malfunctions, ensuring beds are in optimal condition for patient admission. Adjust air conditioning units by entering the bed area with patient or family authorization, verifying proper AC operation, adjusting controls, and cleaning filters to enhance patient comfort. Replace fixtures by monitoring each HLS bed and replacing faucets, showerheads, and hoses as needed to prevent water waste within the institution.
