




The professional will be responsible for correctly identifying and interpreting the customer's needs and service orders, opening work orders in the Dealer (DMS) system. Must request parts at the Parts Counter, verify their suitability, and gather necessary tools for each service, following prescribed procedures. Performs vehicle preparation using protective covers and checking safety items, tires, brakes, filters, and other components. Diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electro-electronic, and body systems using information platforms, bulletins, recalls, and campaigns. Prepares estimates based on mileage and assessed items, performs inspections and replaces damaged parts, using tools such as wiTECH in advanced mode, updating modules and recording events in ScanReport. Performs wheel alignment, tire balancing, and ensures recall execution. Keeps replaced parts organized for customer presentation, signs completed work orders, maintains cleanliness and organization according to 5S standards, participates in internal training, and continuously updates knowledge. Also monitors customer satisfaction indicators and implements improvements when necessary, always using PPE correctly.
