As an **Internal Sales Representative**, you will be responsible for representing our brand with commitment and integrity. **Responsibilities and Activities:** \- Proactively and responsively engage with active customers and new leads via phone and digital channels, converting opportunities into sales and updating status in the CRM. \- Present the Presto product portfolio in a consultative, benefit-oriented manner, offering strategic SKUs, campaigns, and commercial opportunities. \- Ensure minimum customer activation per cycle, securing repeat purchases, continuous inventory turnover, and maintenance of the active customer base. \- Reactivate inactive customers according to the commercial area’s defined recovery policy. \- Schedule qualified visits for the external sales team when commercial potential is identified. \- Flag high-potential opportunities and customers to the commercial manager. \- Support urgent requests, such as stockouts, deliveries, out-of-cycle orders, or commercial adjustments. \- Conduct post-delivery follow-up to assess customer satisfaction and service quality. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education. \- Technical or undergraduate studies in progress are a plus. \- Training in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is desirable. **Cultural Fit:** \- Confidence in decision-making \- Respect in relationships \- Accountability for choices \- Continuous improvement as a path forward **Soft Skills:** \- Responsibility and commitment \- Attention to and care for goods \- Organization and discipline \- Punctuality **Technical Skills:** \- Consultative approach and commercial argumentation \- Sales funnel management and follow-up \- Customer activation and repeat purchase stimulation \- Strategic offering of product mix and campaigns **Benefits:** **Compensation:** R$ 2.200,00 + commission **Meal Allowance** – Caju Card R$500,00 (R$ 25,00/day) **Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance** – Caju Card R$100,00 (Fuel R$5,00/day) **PLR –** Profit-sharing program **Working Hours**: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM If you seek a dynamic environment with growth opportunities and a team that values your talent, this is your chance!
