




Join Delta and become part of a team that believes, together, we open the best doors. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Customer Service Assistant** to join our team and provide customer support, delivering comprehensive assistance and ensuring the best experience for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Customer service (tenants and property owners) via telephone and online chat; * Clarification of general inquiries; * Resending payment slips and issuing payment statements; * Issuing and detailing debit entries on accounts; * Guidance on property vacancy procedures; * Guidance on fire insurance installment plans, IPTU tax collection, and other fees; * Updating bank account information and client registration data; * Technical support in the client area; * Providing basic information to insurance companies; * Guidance on property entry and exit inspections. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Comfort with systems and digital platforms; * Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation. * Experience in customer service or telemarketing (real estate market experience is a plus). **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Base salary:** R$ 1\.921,26; * **Attendance bonus:** 5%; * **Meal allowance:** R$ 200.00; * **Transportation voucher;** * **Gympass;** * **Health insurance and dental plan.** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 2-hour lunch break); * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM\. **Employment Type:** CLT Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: Starting from R$1\.921,26 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
