We are seeking a Legal Assistant to support the company's labor-related matters, assisting in the management and monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings, with direct interaction with the partner law firm. **Main responsibilities** * Assist in monitoring labor proceedings, performing deadline controls and procedural updates; * Support the handling of labor claims with the company’s law firm; * Organize and update documents, case files, and progress reports; * Contact partner law firms, judicial bodies, and internal departments; * Support the preparation and review of simple legal documents (letters, notices, drafts); * Assist with legal matters related to the HR department, when necessary. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled from the 5th semester onward, or hold a completed Law degree; * Proficiency in handling documents and systems; * Basic knowledge of legal routines and labor proceedings. **Preferred qualifications:** Prior experience (internship or assistant role) in labor law. Basic knowledge of e-proc, PJe, or similar systems.
