Job Summary: Responsible for promoting and selling products while delivering excellent customer service, identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, achieving sales targets, and adhering to company culture. Responsible for promoting and selling products, serving customers according to RN standards and delivering excellent service. Identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, and achieve established sales targets, consistently following procedures, company policies, and the FIT culture. * Serve customers in a courteous and professional manner, identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions. * Provide detailed information about products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing. * Perform sales activities, including product presentations, closing sales, and processing payments. * Apply sales techniques to maximize conversion and achieve established targets. * Maintain positive customer relationships, aiming for loyalty and satisfaction. * Monitor post-sales activities via the CRM platform, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure customer satisfaction. * Study and stay updated on the features and latest developments of the company's products or services. * Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance sales knowledge and skills. * Strictly follow company-established procedures and policies for sales execution and customer service. * Achieve and exceed company-established sales targets. * Monitor personal performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize results. * Keep the sales area organized and clean, ensuring products are properly displayed. * Assist in managing inventory of products within the assigned area.
