Teamwork and outdoor activities **Job Mission:** Support operational activities in the yard and external deliveries, ensuring organization, agility, and safety in the handling and transportation of materials. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize and maintain a clean and orderly yard; * Assist in loading and unloading goods; * Sort and verify materials for delivery; * Support drivers on delivery routes; * Accompany deliveries and assist with unloading at customer locations; * Ensure product integrity during transportation; * Assist with minor maintenance tasks and other operational activities within the department; * Follow company safety regulations and procedures. **Requirements:** * No prior experience required; * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Good physical stamina; * Proactivity and responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability for outdoor activities (deliveries). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in loading and unloading; * Experience in construction material stores or logistics; **Behavioral Competencies:** * Agility * Commitment * Organization * Team spirit * Attention to detail **Working Hours:** Business hours (Monday to Saturday) **Compensation and Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Attractive benefits.
