Here, you won’t just provide service—you’ll be responsible for **resolving issues, negotiating, and creating value for the customer**. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Providing inbound and outbound service to members; * Understanding needs and proposing quick, efficient solutions; * Conducting negotiations when necessary; * Accurately and systematically recording information in the system; * Maintaining focus on goals and service quality. **What we’re looking for:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, organized profile with attention to detail; * Negotiation skills; * Proficiency in typing and systems (Power and SGA experience is a plus); * Basic Excel knowledge; * **Ambitious, results-oriented profile**. **Important advantage:** * Experience in vehicle protection (not mandatory, but highly valued) **What we offer:** * Salary: R$ 1\.739,21 * Bonus for achieving targets * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * 13th salary and vacation bonus * Paid overtime **Work schedule:** * Monday to Friday * One Saturday per month (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM) On-site work **Important:** * We seek active, communicative individuals focused on results * Experience in vehicle protection will be considered a major advantage.
